Patrick Joseph McInerney – Kilrush Parish

The death has occurred of Patrick Joseph McInerney, 2. Pella Road, Kilrush, formerly U.K. and Moore Street, Kilrush, peacefully in the care of Staff of Limerick University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Lourda, daughter Karen, sons Colin and Jason, son-in-law Dave, daughters-in-law Jenny and Amanda, grandchildren Declan and Shauna, Callum, Megan, Lauren and Cerys, great-grandchild Elliott, sister Mary, brother Tommy, sisters-in-law Bridie, Anne and Margaret, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.

Reposing on Sunday 20th April at St. Senan’s Church, Kilrush from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass on Monday 21st April at 11 a.m.

Burial afterwards in Old Shanakyle Cemetery.

Holy Thursday

They were at supper, and the devil had already put it into the mind of Judas Iscariot son of Simon, to betray him. Jesus knew that the Father had put everything into his hands, and that he had come from God and was returning to God, and he got up from table, removed his outer garment and, taking a towel, wrapped it round his waist; he then poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to wipe them with the towel he was wearing.
