Frank O’ Shaughnessy – Kilrush Parish

The death has occurred of Frank O’Shaughnessy, An Cluainin, Kilmaley, & formerly of Ruan, London and Kilkenny.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Rita (nee O’Shea, Breaffa, Kilrush), son Francis, daughters Lilian and Marie, sons-in-law Stephen and Paul, daughter-in-law Claire, grandchildren Becky, Oliver, Rachel and Victoria, brother Michael, sisters Teresa and Maria, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Senan’s Church, Kilrush on Saturday 28th December from 10 am

Funeral Mass at 11 am.

Burial afterwards in Breaffa Cemetery.

Christmas

In the countryside close by there were shepherds who lived in the fields and took it in turns to watch their flocks during the night. The angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone round them. They were terrified, but the angel said, ‘Do not be afraid.
