We are living through changed times, dealing with the reality of Covid-19 and it’s guidelines & regulations to keep people safe. Christmas is a time of family & coming together to celebrate the “Christ Child” born on that first Christmas night. In many ways part of the ritual of Christmas is going to Christmas Eve Mass, meeting the friends & sharing time. This year that will not be possible in the same manner. In the light of limited numbers in our churches the following is our Mass Schedule for Christmas:
Christmas Eve @ 7pm & 9pm. Christmas Day @ 8.30am, 10.00am & 12noon. Saturday 26th @ 7pm & Sunday 27th @ 8.30am, 10.00am & 12noon.
We will have a TICKET SYSTEM for all those who wish to be present in Church for Mass on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. One ticket, one person & we are welcoming families to come together. To get your tickets please come to the Community Centre on Tuesday 15th & Wednesday 16th from 10.30am – 12noon & let Aisling & Hillary know how many definite members from your family will be attending. Our numbers are limited to 150 including stewards, readers, singers, organist, eucharistic ministers, server & sacristan. Only those with tickets will be able to attend. This will be on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately we will not be able to reserve tickets in advance due to the large interest. We thank you for your understanding.
